- According to the latest figures from NHS England, there are now over 4.4 million people on the English waiting list. It was just 2.66 million in 2010.

- Since 2009, the total mental health nursing workforce has decreased by 10.6 per cent. NHS England lost 6,000 mental health nurses in 10 years.
